Sunrise of Annapolis

I've found the staff always willing to assist my friend there. I've never observed a frown from them when asked to help with bathing or cleaning the room. They interact with all patients and know their names. The dining room staff knows everyone by name and will readily assist with feeding someone when needed. The nurses are always available to listen to family and patients. I have found them to be very knowledgeable about my friends issues and able to help me cope with and understand those issues. They always take time to talk to me. Food is very good and they offer excellent choices for every meal. They post activities every day and have a varied assortment. They also print a monthly schedule of the activities that loved ones can take. They frequently transport their charges on outings to restaurants and shopping.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Karam Taylor, the Director of Sales at Sunrise. He was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. He answered all of my questions and helped me feel at ease.

All team members have taken me under their wing and helped me adjust to assisted living. Enjoy the lovely grounds to sit outside with other friends. Outing to restaurants are a highlight. This is now truly my home and family.

My loved one is currently a resident at Sunrise of Annapolis and most everything has been great for him at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and care services are also great. I highly recommend Sunrise of Annapolis to others.

I liked the look of the facility. I also spoke with some residents that were sitting outside and asked how they liked it. They all said it was wonderful and they thought mom would fit right in. I definitely loved it there.

The staff is amazing to my mom. It has a very homey feel. My mom loves all the activities and being around people after living alone for many years. Her favorite activities are BINGO and working out.

We decided on them because of the price and for the price the care was adequate. The staff was lovely and caring but they jacked up the price 2x the first year significantly and the next time they raised the price we left. At that point they were really dropping the ball on laundry and cleaning and my mom was sleeping more than ever.

Sunrise of Annapolis is so expensive. Transportation is only provided on Wednesdays for doctor's appointments. This has been a big added expense. I do overall recommend it.

The nursing staff were very caring and concerned about the patient. The staff that operated the place were very friendly, helpful, and supportive. I highly recommend Sunrise of Annapolis.
