Responsibilities:
Essential Duties:
• Responding to leads from multiple channels (phone, email and website)
• Entering leads into the Sunrise lead database application
• Reviewing all Sunrise options with the referral agency representative
• Contacting the lead and setting up the IPP
• Primary point of contact for the referral agency and/or customer until the community Director of Sales (DS) establishes contact
• Positioning Sunrise Senior Living as a preferred provider
• Strengthening professional relationships with the referral agencies
• Implementing sales strategies
• Achieving sales targets
Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Two to five (2-5) years sales experience
• A demonstrated track record of closing sales
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate group presentations
• Excels in organizational, time management skills
• Ability to customarily and regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment
• Manages conflict effectively
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
• Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Sunrise applications with the ability to learn new applications
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, available for our customers at peak service delivery days and time, reflective of our Leadership Excellence Staffing
• Proven ability to work without daily supervision in a home-office environment
• Must be willing to work some weekends and some holidays (shift work)
