We strive to make the hiring process at Sunrise as smooth as possible with opportunities to learn more about our unique culture and find a position that fits your needs and experience.

Apply Online

Find an opportunity on our website and complete an application. No resume? No problem, many of our opportunities don’t require one to complete an application. The current application process takes 5-8 minutes.

Phone Screen

We strive to review every application, if you meet our qualifications for a currently open role, expect to hear from us within seven days. You’ll get a phone call from a member of our team discussing your experience and if you’re a good fit for the role. 

An Invitation to Join the Sunrise Team

After completing the interview process you can expect to hear back from us regarding the next steps. We’ll start with a verbal offer and request some additional information to make it official!

Our Commitment

We are committed to keeping our work environment safe for team members and residents. We conduct a drug screen and background check, you’ll also need to provide proof of vaccination.
