Pascal Duchauffour brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience to Sunrise, managing some of the world’s best brands in hospitality. He led luxury operations for Hilton Worldwide where he managed high-end portfolios such as Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, and LXR hotels and resorts across the Americas. Prior to that, Pascal held various global executive roles with Ritz Carlton hotels.

Pascal’s expertise helps Sunrise realize the preferred lifestyle we aim to create in our communities. Growing up in the hospitality industry, with his first roles as a bellman and waiter in Paris, Pascal brings a unique perspective into cultivating Sunrise as a great place to work and creating a place for residents to experience longer, healthier, happier lives.
