Tavinder (Tav) Hare

Tavinder (Tav) Hare has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, solving complex business challenges, and collaborating with teams of talented operational professionals. Tav is responsible for accounting, treasury, tax, asset management, financial planning & analysis, and development at Sunrise.

Prior to joining Sunrise in 2021, Tav served as the CFO of Retail Real Estate at Majid Al Futtaim, one of the largest retail operators in the world. Previously, he held multiple leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Business Affairs at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. Earlier in his career, Tav held finance roles at Wyndham Worldwide and Anthem Healthcare and was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with PWC.

Tav earned his bachelor’s in Business, majoring in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from the Indiana University and received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California – Marshall School of Business.
